API Separator Covers

Every refinery needs an oil water separator. Though these units can emit noxious and often horrible smelling vapors, ALLENTECH HC Full Contact Oil Water Separator Cover systems eliminate the hazardous emissions and offensive smells coming from these units, removing health and safety issues for workers and nearby residents, improving relationships with the greater community and enhancing the overall character of the area.

ALLENTECH covers are designed on a per-project basis and are shop fabricated using heavy duty materials. Available in galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel, ALLENTECH covers are constructed from high-strength, seal-welded honeycomb modules with no exposed adhesives. They are certified leak-free prior to shipment and can be field tested in services or during outages for hydrocarbon vapors.
